Thanks to additional funds we’ve raised from previous Bingo Bash’s, we have trained over 40 staff members at the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County in the Stewards of Children program from Darkness to Light.

By encouraging them to take this training, they will spread awareness and improve policies county wide to better protect children.

HOPE Organization (Hillsborough Organization for Progress and Equality)

With over 300 people in attendance, we were honored to be inducted into the HOPE Organization (Hillsborough Organization for Progress and Equality). HOPE’s mission is to promote justice, fairness, and the dignity of people, by engaging and training people to responsibly and successfully act together to hold officials accountable to improve the systems affecting the quality of life in our communities. We join 25 faith congregations in pursuit of justice to improve the quality of life for all in Hillsborough County.

WCOF

Founded in 2015, the Women’s Conference of Florida offers professional women from across the state a platform to address the most important issues facing women. Annual conferences feature widely respected thought leaders, exhibits, networking, and panel discussions, all designed to empower women to positively influence the world around them. We awarded $10,000 in scholarships to female students in the Tampa bay area.

Adaptive Beach Day

The first ever event partnered with area organizations Kuda Rec and Charlie's Champs, as well as MUHSEN to provide an Adaptive Beach Day to anyone (and all ages) with a disability who can not access the beach alone.

As part of our commitment to the community on the National Day of Service, we hosted a webinar to discuss how to protect the most vulnerable: children.

The MLK Day of Service is a defining moment each year where Americans across the country step up to make our communities more equitable and take action to build the Beloved Community of Dr. King’s dream. While Dr. King believed the Beloved Community was possible, he acknowledged and fought for systemic change. His example is our call to action.

Please join us in sharing our webinar with friends and neighbors to:
